Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law

I study AI and law, with a particular focus on the interplay between large language models and legal reasoning. My research asks which legal tasks are suitable for LLMs and how their performance at those tasks can be measured, combining formal and practical methods.
